Job Title: Catering Security Agent/Passenger Service Attendant
Reports To: Station Manager

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is a combination of two different job functions, Catering Security and Passenger Services. By combining these two job functions it allows us to offer both full time and part time employment opportunities. When working as a passenger Service agent the hourly pay rate will be less ($11.90) but you have the opportunity to make TIPS from those customers who you provide assistance to.


CATERING SECURITY JOB DUTIES:

  • Inspect all items which are going on board the aircraft to ensure there are no prohibited items.
  • Inspect all food trays which are being prepared to be placed on the aircraft to ensure there are no prohibited items.
  • Inspect the transportation vehicle to ensure there are no prohibited items.
  • Secure and seal the various trays once inspection is complete.
  • Secure and seal the transportation vehicle once trays are placed inside of the vehicle.
  • Report any irregularities immediately to proper authorities.
  • Various other security related duties as required based on the individual airline requirements.

  • PASSENGER SERVICE ATTENDANT JOB DUTIES:
    Huntleigh USA is looking for reliable, dependable people who can assist less-able airline customers, and elderly airline customers transit Bradley International airport. Potential employees will need to have a soft heart, good communication skills, and a desire to assist others to help make their travel experience a safer, more enjoyable, event.


    PREFERRED EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:
    1. A solid documented work history for dependability
    2. Will show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work a full day for a full days pay
    3. A friendly demeanor, and a willingness to communicate to those whom they assist. This will allow them to carry on conversations with the passengers who they will assist during the course of their shift. It is what will help enable you to maximize your TIPs from the customers who we serve. They sky is the limit when it comes to your potential TIP earnings. In the normal day you will be able to assist dozens of customers, with an average TIP from each ranging being several dollars per customer. A good communicator who is actively involved with delivering the best customer experience can easily earn in excess of $50.00 per shift in TIPs alone.


    SHIFT AVAILABLE:

  • AM – 2:00 am until 10:00 am
  • Catering Security from 2:00 am until 4:00 am
  • Passenger Service from 4:00 am until 10:00 am

  • SALARY:

  • Aircraft Security Starting Pay - $13.00 per hour
  • Passenger Service Agent Pay - $11.90 plus TIPS
  • Full-time, Part-time
