Shuttle Van Driver for Airline Crews
Reports To: Station Manager
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Shuttle Van Drivers are responsible for transporting Airline Crew Members such as Pilots and Flight Attendants to and from McCarran Airport and Assigned Hotel throughout the Las Vegas Area. Knowledge of the metropolitan area is preferred but not required.
***Valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED!***
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Ability to drive a shuttle van following a set schedule and route.
Must always wear the company uniform.
Must gain familiarity with their route by studying maps if necessary.
Must maintain contact with the on-duty dispatcher by radio and keep track of passenger pickups and drop-offs as necessary.
Load and unload luggage.
Passengers may have questions, drivers must respond in a polite and friendly manner.
The safety of passengers is the prime responsibility of shuttle drivers. At the beginning and end of their shift, they are to inspect their vehicle to ensure that it is functioning as designed. They must follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits. If they encounter any unsafe conditions, road hazards or accidents, they report the problems to dispatch. If their vehicle develops mechanical difficulties, they document the problems and communicate needed repairs to dispatch. They must ensure that passengers and luggage are safely loaded and unloaded from their vehicles.
Drivers will receive training to cover company procedures, vehicle operation, safety, customer service, COVID-19 requirements, hotels, airport, and local street layouts.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and random tests throughout the time of employment. DOT does not allow the use of Marijuana.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean DMV 3-year record print out
MUST have reliable transportation to work
OVERTIME may be required without notice
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident or possess a valid work permit.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to communicate clearly via radio
Maintain personal appearance and hygiene
Ability to work well independently and as a team member
Have knowledge of the metropolitan area preferred
Ability to think/work clearly in a fast-paced environment and make decisions while under pressure
Ability to effectively speak, write, and understand English
Have a clear and verifiable employment record
Have the desire and ability to provide outstanding customer service on a continuous basis
Have a working cell phone
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to sit and drive vehicle for a long period of time and be able to stay alert throughout your shift
Must be able to Lift/Pull/Push up to 50 lbs
May be subject to performing a Physical Agility testing
SHIFTS AVAILABLE (PART-TIME):
Mornings, Mid-days, and Nights. Huntleigh USA/LAS is a 24/7 operation!
SALARY:
$9.75 per hour + TIPS

Airline Flight Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep
Reports To: Station Manager
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Airline Flight Dispatchers are responsible to safely dispatch shuttle van drivers to their assigned Airline Trips surrounding McCarran Airport area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Schedule and dispatch drivers to specific locations throughout the shift
Use of a VHF two-way radio
Maintain excellent communication with airline staff and independent contractors
Answer phone calls, screen and direct calls to office staff
Send and receive emails and reports to management
Use multiple software, office machines (i.e. copy machine)
Provide any other assistance as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and random tests throughout the time of employment. DOT does not allow the use of Marijuana.
Must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, day & night shifts.
OVERTIME may be required without notice.
Must have Customer Service Etiquette and Phone Etiquette.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident or possess a valid work permit.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision
Have basic computer skills for data input into Excel and Microsoft Office
Have time management skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to pay close attention to details
Ability to think/work clearly in a fast-paced environment and make decisions while under pressure
Maintain personal appearance and hygiene
Have reliable transportation to work
Have a working cell phone
Have the desire and ability to provide outstanding customer service on a continuous basis
Have a clean background and able to obtain a SIDA Airport badge if and when necessary
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to sit for a long period of time and be able to stay alert throughout your shift.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
6 AM - 2 PM
2 PM - 10 PM
10 PM - 6 AM
*Shifts are assigned based on seniority, you must have open availability to work any given shift including weekends and holidays.
SALARY:
$12.25 per hour
